We are now offering Aerial Hoop & Aerial Tissu Classes!

HOOP: This course teaches you a mix of spins and poses under the hoop with a big strength component for your upper body and abs, plus all over body flexibility and coordination.  Beginners start off learning the basics of spinning and the basic ways to get up and down onto the hoop.  Once comfortable with this, they will progress on to harder and more advanced moves. 

TISSU: In this class you will learn how to swing, sway, and suspend your body through the air using long strips of special silks. It's beautiful, breathtaking way to develop flexibility, upper body and core strength. With the Tissu you will gain strength, flexibility, balance and creativity as you learn foot locks and the beginning set of wraps while incorporating dance and acrobatic moves.

 

Yoga Strengthen and Tone

Explore yoga movements to increase flexibility, strength and well being. This class will help improve core strength, tone and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and balance functional movement, build long, lean muscles.

This class is perfect for stretching and toning arms, back, shoulders, inner thighs, legs,  buttocks, biceps, triceps and core, all while building all over strength and firmness.. During this 60 minute class you will find your body and spirit transformed.
